Entreno muy variado y adaptado, y al aire libre. Un gran entrenador.
Buenas instalaciones exteriores y interiores, solo he ido una vez pero viendo las instalaciones, se intuyen gran cantidad de circuitos variados, entretenidos y muy intensos. También noté muy buen ambiente, tanto del personal que va a entrenar como del entrenador, muy atento en corregir posturas y ejercicios mal ejecutados.

Los entrenamientos son muy divertidos y amenos, las instalaciones son increíbles y los profesionales son muy atentos y amables. Me encanta entrenar aqui!! Muy recomendable :)

Super fun environment and exercises! Carles is knowledgeable and offers modifications and suggestions, he guided me through each activity before I began. Facilities are bright, clean and spacious and I had a really fun time.
Large, clean, and well equipped for functional/movnat /paleo style training. Nice bathroom and shower facilities. The trainer provided clear instructions and gave regular feedback and coaching cues throughout the workout. 10/10 recommend and will return soon!
