Here you can really learn yoga. They give you Yoga LESSONS where a teacher will explain to a reduced number of practicioners (6-10) the poses and exercises. It is not a "youtube yoga class" type of yoga like most places nowadays. THANK YOU see you next week

Kosmo Yoga es uno de los pocos espacios en Barcelona dedicado al Yoga Iyengar, una modalidad increíble y muy precisa, que nos lleva a los practicantes de yoga a un lugar donde no se llega facilmente con otros tipos de práctica. El centro es hermoso, bien cuidado, excelente localización y lo mejor: los profesores son nota 10! en especial rachel, una profe que tiene humor y buenísima onda, os váis a encantar sí o sí!
Iyengar Yoga is my favourite style because of the details and techniques used to make you aware of your body alignment. It takes years to be an Iyengar Yoga teacher. After trying Iyengar in other studios, I am happy to have found a place that teaches authentic, well-guided Iyengar yoga classes in the city of Barcelona.
